Working on an occupied site
Shops, offices and restaurants usually cannot close for the day. We sequence the work around operating hours where we can, and in stages where we cannot. Access, parking-lot lighting and what stays live during the work get agreed before the first day on site.
For general contractors

Permits and inspections
Commercial electrical work is permitted and inspected in Valley cities. We hold Arizona ROC license #313648 and work to the applicable code so the job passes inspection.
Work between tenants
